Manoir Hovey: A Jewel In North Hatley
This is a very special year-round getaway that is only 1-1/2 hour drive from downtown Montreal. Situated in the outskirts of the lakeside town of North Hatley, it is well hidden from the main road. It has a prime lake front location, spectacular gardens, first class service and above all, its renown cuisine is second to none. We (Bill, Wolfgang, Doug and I) have been coming to Manoir Hovey every summer for 5 years now....... a weekend to decompress, soak in Mother Nature's vibes and to celebrate Doug's birhday.

Last, but not least, if you're going...... make sure you go for dinner on a Saturday. You will be charmed by the smooth and gentle, and oh-so savvy Edna Desroberts. Her piano playing skills and sense of humor will surely enhance your dining experience.
